1- Identity and Contact Information of the Data Controller

2- Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed by us in light of the following principles:
a) Compliance with the law and good faith.
b) Being accurate and up-to-date when necessary.
c) Processing for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes.
ç) Being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed.
d) Being retained for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed.
3- To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data may be transferred
Your personal data processed by the Company in accordance with the principles and provisions of KVKK; only for the purposes stated above and accompanied by the necessary confidentiality agreements; It may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, company officials, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Pursuant to Article 8 of the LPPD, personal data may be transferred without the explicit consent of the data subject or in the presence of one of the conditions specified in the article titled 'Processing and Purposes of Personal Data' above.
Pursuant to Article 9 of the LPPD, in order to transfer personal data abroad, in addition to the above, there must be adequate protection in the foreign country where the personal data will be transferred. The countries with adequate protection are determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
4- Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

6- Application and Right to Information
